Past Perfect by Leila Sales

I liked this even better than the other one because right away the premise is fascinating–Chelsea lives in a town that has a historical recreation village (like Williamsburg, basically) and her parents are historical reenactors and every summer that’s where she works too. Since a)I love behind the scenes stuff and b)we’ve been to Colonial Williamsburg three times in the past three years, this was right up my alley. And then throw in that Chelsea is falling for a boy who works at the competing historical village that is literally across the street and that they have a traditional top secret war with every summer, well that’s a delightful afternoon spent with a book.
